Bybit Powered by SATOS 承认荷兰银行（DNB）对其在 2020 年 10 月 2 日至 2023 年 9 月 15 日期间未经注册提供服务的行为处以 225 万欧元罚款的决定。自 2023 年 9 月以来，Bybit 一直利用 DNB 认可的 SATOS 虚拟资产服务提供商（VASP）许可证在 Bybit Powered by SATOS 下运营。
