According to Arkham data, the US government has sold ANT tokens seized from Alameda Research. This is the first transfer of funds from the wallet in nearly two years, with about $974,000 worth of cryptocurrency in the wallet. In November 2023, the Swiss non-profit organization Aragon Association voted to dissolve and sell 86,343ETH (then worth $155 million) in exchange for ANT tokens. Users have until November 2, 2024 to exchange their ANT tokens. After redemption, all ANT tokens will be destroyed, meaning that "there is no point in continuing to hold ANT from now on".
