Metis will activate the second phase of upgrading the decentralized sorter

On April 9th, Metis announced that it will activate a hard fork in the 16500000 th block in approximately 7 days to complete the second phase of the decentralized sorter upgrade. Metis has previously implemented the addition of multiple nodes to the sorter pool and introduced sorter rotation in the first phase, significantly improving the network's anti censorship ability and activity.
