OSL, a licensed digital asset trading platform under the 863.HK, today announced its participation in the HKMA's Ensemble Sandbox, a proof-of-concept for the distribution of global investment manager Franklin Templeton's tokenized fund product. The Sandbox is a project that revolves around tokenized asset trading and facilitates interbank settlements using experimental tokenized currencies.
The Ensemble project aims to pioneer an innovative financial marekt infrastructure for seamless interbank settlement of tokenized currencies through wholesale-level central bank digital currencies (WCBDCs). As a participant in this sandbox, OSL will conduct a proof-of-concept for the distribution of Franklin Templeton's on-chain wealth management products, including money market fund tokens. This move is expected to revolutionize asset management by providing investors with more transparent, efficient, and accessible products.
