10 月 30 日消息，香港财经事务及库务局副局长 Joseph H. L. Chan, JP 在由 Chainlink 举办的 2024 SmartCon 大会上发表开幕致辞并表示，"去中心化的创新基础设施依赖于安全的预言机来使其运作。去年，我目睹了中国社区中建设者和用户的热情，告诉自己亚洲和香港必须了解来自变化社区的这些机会。而变化的社区也必须了解亚洲，特别是在香港所开发的潜力。"
作为领先的国际基金中心，香港在将虚拟资产与传统金融工具连接方面具有独特的优势。与此同时，很高兴看到 Chainlink 愿景推动了跨链互操作协议，其 CCIP 协议在传统金融领域的应用上取得了显著进展。Chainlink 还参与了香港公共部门最新的各种技术探索。
