US stocks close: Nasdaq hits new high, Trump concept stocks rise nearly 9%

On October 30, U.S. stocks closed on Tuesday, with the Dow initially closing down 0.36% and the S & P 500 up 0.17%. The Nasdaq rose 0.78%, setting a record intraday high. Trump Media Technology Group (DJT. O) rose nearly 9%, AMD (AMD. O) rose 3.9% and Google A (GOOGL. O) rose 1.8%. The Nasdaq China Golden Dragon closed down 1.4% and XPeng Motors (XPEV. N) fell 4%.
