On October 29th, Bitlayer, a Bitcoin native two-layer project based on Bitcoin finality, announced a strategic partnership with Chainlink to integrate Chainlink's cross-chain interoperability protocol, CCIP, as a standardized cross-chain infrastructure. This integration will enable Bitlayer developers to build feature-rich cross-chain applications based on CCIP and maximize the adoption and prosperity of BTCFi.
Charlie Hu, co-founder of Bitlayer, said of the partnership: "We are excited to be able to integrate industry-standard Chainlink CCIP into Bitlayer's canonical cross-chain infrastructure.
