Opinion: Deficit spending and falling interest rates drive increased global liquidity, benefiting bitcoin and related markets

Mitchell Askew, principal analyst at mining firm Blockware, said that deficit spending and lower interest rates are driving higher global liquidity, while investors are concerned about a prolonged period of high inflation, as evidenced by the poor performance of government bonds since the September interest rate cut. As a result, investors are turning to the bitcoin market, while bitcoin mining stocks are trading in a "beta" state. Askew added that some bitcoin miners are also benefiting from diversified developments in artificial intelligence and high-performance computing.
