On October 29th, international oil prices fell sharply on the 28th. As of the end of the day, the light crude oil futures price for December delivery on the New York Mercantile Exchange fell by 4.40 US dollars to close at 67.38 US dollars per barrel, a decrease of 6.13%; the London Brent crude oil futures price for December delivery fell by 4.63 US dollars to close at 71.42 US dollars per barrel, a decrease of 6.09%.
