Bloomberg's latest donation went to nonprofit Future Forward USA Action, according to people familiar with the matter. Before the anonymous donation, he had already given $47 million in public political donations to the Democratic Party, second only to George Soros among all Democratic donors. Bloomberg spent $95 million helping the Democratic Party in the 2018 midterm elections. Forbes data shows that the 82-year-old Bloomberg is worth the same as Bill Gates, about $105 billion.
