美国财政部下调第四季度融资预期

美国财政部周一表示，计划在今年第四季度借款5460亿美元，较7月预期低190亿美元。财政部在一份声明中说，预计12月底现金余额为7000亿美元。预计2025年3月底的现金余额为8500亿美元，2025年第一季度将借款8230亿美元。财政部在第三季度发行了7620亿美元的净债务，截至第三季度现金余额为8660亿美元。
