10月28日消息，区块链基础设施公司 Blockdaemon 最新研究报告指出，随着 2024 年美国总统大选临近，数字资产监管格局有望在 2025 年获得突破性进展。报告指出，目前两项关键监管政策正处于立法进程中：一是 SAB 121 废除提案，二是具有里程碑意义的“21 世纪金融创新与技术法案”（FIT21）。
其中，FIT21 法案已于 2024 年 5 月在众议院以跨党派支持的方式获得通过。此前消息，SEC 已于上月向纽约银行（Bank of New York）发放 SAB 121 豁免权，预计其他金融机构也将获得类似豁免。Blockdaemon 预测，参议院推迟审议 FIT21 法案主要考虑在新一届政府就职后开展。随着数字资产议题在本次总统选举中受到前所未有的重视，预计 2025 年美国将在数字资产监管领域建立更为完善的制度框架，为行业创新与风险管理之间寻求平衡点。
