According to Hong Kong media, a virtual currency fraud case occurred in Tai Kok Tsui, Hong Kong yesterday (October 26). A woman transferred money to a "male employee" through an online wallet at a virtual currency exchange (OTC). The latter did not pay the corresponding cash and took the opportunity to leave. The woman was deceived and immediately reported the case. It is reported that the store said that the entity involved in the case was still renovating the exchange shop, and the store did not belong to them and was counterfeit. At present, the Hong Kong police have classified the case as "fraud", and no one has been arrested yet. It is reported that the female victim lost 12,000 TEDA (USDT), equivalent to about 93,000 Hong Kong dollars.
