Two months after pleading guilty to "assault" on Pump.fun, Jarett Dunn (aka Stacc) asked to withdraw his guilty plea to attacking the Solana token distribution platform Pump.fun for abuse of power and transfer of criminal property. With this move, his team of lawyers also withdrew from the case.
Jarett Dunn currently has two weeks to find a representative to attend the hearing, where he will seek to change his request. If the request is accepted, the case will move to a trial phase, where a number of witnesses, possibly including the Pump.fun founder, will be called to testify. Still, the court could deny Jarett Dunn's request.
