Ministry of Finance: Stamp duty fell 22.9% year-on-year in January-September

From January to September, the national general public budget revenue was 16.3059 trillion yuan, down 2.2% year-on-year. Among them, the national tax revenue was 13.1715 trillion yuan, down 5.3% year-on-year; the non-tax revenue was 3.1344 trillion yuan, up 13.5% year-on-year. Looking at the central and local governments, the central general public budget revenue was 7.171 trillion yuan, down 5.5% year-on-year; the local general public budget income was 9.1349 trillion yuan, up 0.6% year-on-year. The main tax revenue items are as follows: personal income tax 1.0758 trillion yuan, down 4.9% year-on-year; vehicle purchase tax 181.10 billion yuan, down 10.6% year-on-year; stamp duty 233.60 billion yuan, down 22.9% year-on-year. Among them, the stamp duty on securities transactions 71.20 billion yuan, down 54.2% year-on-year.
