北交所IPO科隆新材二次过会获得通过

10月25日讯，北交所IPO科隆新材继9月23日首次过会被暂缓审议后，北交所上市审核委员会于10月25日公告，陕西科隆新材料科技股份有限公司符合发行条件，首发获得通过。保荐机构为国新证券，拟募集资金为2.10亿元。值得注意的是，科隆新材是IPO市场年内首家二度上会企业。
