今年以来专项债券发行使用情况如何？财政部回应

10月25日讯，财政部就前三季度财政收支情况答记者问。截至10月20日，各地累计发行专项债券3.63万亿元，占全年额度的93%，支持项目超过3万个。经统计，待发额度加上已发未用资金，年内各地共有2万亿专项债券资金可安排使用。
