前三季度稳岗政策释放红利超1500亿元

10月25日讯，从人力资源社会保障部召开的新闻发布会上获悉，前三季度，一揽子援企稳岗政策已释放红利超1500亿元，持续支持企业稳岗位促发展。具体包括：将降低失业保险费率至1%的政策延续至2025年底，对不裁员少裁员的参保企业继续实施稳岗返还政策至2024年底，对劳动者延续实施技能提升补贴政策至2024年底等。
