Fox reporter: Ripple plans to file appeal documents in the US SEC case, and its executives are confident of winning the case

Fox Business reporter Eleanor Terrett posted on the X platform that today, Ripple will file its Form C (Civil Appeal Document) outlining the main claims it will appeal in the Second Circuit against the SEC's case. Given that we saw last week that the SEC appealed almost everything it lost at the district court level, Ripple is expected to appeal only the only matter it lost: the district court's ruling that the XRP tokens sold by its agency constituted a sale of unregistered securities.
