Artificial intelligence payments company Skyfire completes $9.50 million financing

Coinbase Ventures and a16z Crypto Startup Accelerator (CSX) have announced a new strategic funding injection into Skyfire, an artificial intelligence-focused payments company. This investment brings Skyfire's total seed round funding from $8.50 million to $9.50 million. Skyfire is currently building the infrastructure to enable AI agents to make payments autonomously and avoid human intermediaries.
