韩国监管机构寻求修订法规以监管加密交易所的主要股东

韩国金融服务委员会（FSC）正积极推动修订法律，以严格审查加密交易所的主要股东和治理情况。目前根据包括《虚拟资产用户保护法》在内的现行法律，FSC 缺乏审查股东的法定职权。在国会审计中，FSC 主席 Kim Byoung-hwan 表示，已提交《特定金融交易信息报告和使用法》的修正案，为 FSC 评估主要股东资格提供法律依据。
