常州某虚拟币投资者为筹措资本诈骗巨款获刑11年

据常州经开区检察公众号披露，常州某企业员工接触到一种叫KK币的虚拟币后沉迷炒虚拟币难以自拔，为筹措资本，他编造理由从16名同事处骗得钱款197万余元，用于网络赌博平台的虚拟币买卖。经常州经开区检察院提起公诉，2024年9月9日，法院以诈骗罪判处被告人张某有期徒刑十一年，并处罚金人民币三十万元。
