Garanti BBVA Kripto is partnering with Ripple and IBM to enhance the security of its crypto-asset trading platform. After the successful completion of the pilot in 2023, the bank will roll out its solution to all clients. Garanti BBVA hopes that this collaboration will improve performance, security and customer trust.
In a press release, the Ripple team explained that the combined solution from Ripple Custody and IBM allows Garanti BBVA to "create and manage an institutional-grade key management infrastructure with end-to-end security to protect private keys, applications, and data."
