10 月 24 日消息，前 Celsius 首席执行官 Alex Mashinsky 将在数月后首次出现在纽约法庭，参加与其撤销指控动议相关的口头辩论。
根据 10 月 23 日美国纽约南区地方法院的文件，法官 John Koeltl 下令 Mashinsky 及检察官于 11 月 13 日出庭，以「保留证词」并处理前 Celsius 首席执行官提出的撤销部分起诉的动议。
今年 1 月，Mashinsky 的律师提交了撤销与商品欺诈和市场操纵相关指控的动议。
