加拿大央行降息50基点，为连续第四次降息

加拿大央行周三降息 50 个基点，将基准利率从 4.25%降至 3.75%，这是自 2020 年 3 月疫情初期以来最大幅度的借贷成本下调。加拿大央行称这是该国重回低通胀时代的迹象。为了应对飙升的物价，加拿大央行此前将利率提高到 20 年来的最高点，但自 6 月以来已连续四次降息。9 月份的通胀率降至 1.6%，低于 2%的目标。
