报道称，印度对加密货币的态度经历多次反复。2018 年 RBI 曾禁止银行处理加密交易，2020 年被最高法院推翻。2023 年 11 月，RBI 行长 Shaktikanta Das 强调了加密货币对印度经济的潜在风险，支持 CBDC 作为更安全的替代方案。
