贝莱德买爆拼多多？疑似是大乌龙

10月23日讯，周二，拼多多(PDD.US)盘中股价大幅走高后回落。消息面上，贝莱德(BLK.N)10月21日披露的文件显示，其将拼多多持股大幅从二季度的2900万股增加至逾1.32亿股，相当于拼多多总股本的9.5%。然而，贝莱德(BLK.N)披露的文件似乎是一个“大乌龙”，贝莱德在北京时间22日晚11:35左右再次发布了公告，将拼多多持股数量完全整除4，至约3300万股，股本占比变更为2.4%。注：拼多多每股ADS相当于4股A类普通股。
