Anthropic, an Amazon-backed artificial intelligence startup, has announced a major AI milestone: AI agents that can perform complex tasks using computers, just like humans. Anthropic's Claude is one of the chatbots that are similar to OpenAI's ChatGPT and Google's Gemini. Tuesday's release is an update to Claude 3.5 Sonnet, the latest AI model's "Computer Usability" feature that allows it to interpret information on a computer screen, select buttons, enter text, navigate websites and perform tasks via any software and real-time internet browsing.
