SMIC: E Fund to sell 1.2465 million shares

On October 22nd, SMIC announced that the 50 component traded open-ended index securities investment fund of E Fund Shanghai Science and Technology Innovation Board reduced its holdings of the company's domestic stocks 1.2465 million shares. After the reduction, E Fund still holds the company's domestic stocks 99.2407 million shares, accounting for 4.99% of the company's total domestic share capital and 1.24% of the company's total share capital.
