彭博高级 ETF 分析师 Eric Balchunas 表示：“如果哈里斯赢了，不管发行人是谁，这都不会获批。”一些行业专家认为，当资产管理巨头贝莱德加入推出比特币和以太坊 ETF 的竞争时，这大大提高了 SEC 批准它们的机会——尽管目前尚不清楚贝莱德实际上发挥了多大的作用。
Balchunas 表示，如果前总统特朗普赢得大选，那么无论贝莱德是否加入 Bitwise、VanEck 和其他希望将加密货币 ETF 扩展到 BTC 和 ETH 之外的公司行列，都将有“相当大的机会”出现更多加密货币 ETF。
The ETF Store 总裁 Nate Geraci 赞同这一观点，他说：“哈里斯政府似乎不太可能批准额外的现货加密 ETF，至少不会在大选后不久批准。”
