10月21日消息，Blockchain.com 高管因未及时提交财务报告而被传唤，联合创始人兼总裁尼古拉斯·卡里（Nicolas Cary）以及运营高管阿尔·特恩布尔（Al Turnbull）于 5 月收到来自公司注册处的传票。针对 Blockchain.com 高管的案件于 9 月 25 日在卡迪夫治安法庭提出，已定于 11 月 26 日举行下一次庭审，以继续进行诉讼。
据悉，Blockchain.com 仅在本月提交了 2020 年的年终财务报表。与此同时，法律诉讼与其未能提交截至 2022 年 12 月的财务报表有关。
