10月19日消息，Snapshot页面显示，Arbitrum发起了与一系列蓝筹项目进行代币互换的提案，当前已确定了19个蓝筹项目，计划与其中3-7个项目进行代币互换，互换总额上限为200万枚ARB，单项目最多将互换50万枚ARB。
此外，提案提议通过该计划激励那些仍持有ARB原始空投50%以上代币的用户。截止发文时，该提案当前反对率达74%，将于10月25日结束。
