超10倍认筹刷新三年记录，深圳一楼盘超2000人抢192套房

10月19日讯，深圳年内第三个日光盘诞生。10月19日，光明区的中建观玥名邸项目开盘，在近2小时里全部售罄。该楼盘推出的商品住宅共192套，成功认筹并且参与选房的人有2047人，入围比高达1:10.66，相当于超过10个人抢一套房，刷新了近三年来深圳新盘认筹纪录。乐有家研究中心指出，该楼盘的价格在光明新房市场拥有较强的竞争力。另外，该楼盘的高认筹率或许还与其位于非限购区有关。
