黑山法院在上诉裁决前再次暂停引渡Do Kwon

黑山宪法法院于 10 月 18 日暂停引渡 Terraform Labs 前创始人兼首席执行官 Do Kwon。此前一天，黑山司法部表示已就 Kwon 的引渡做出决定，并承诺将于 10 月 20 日公布该决定。但法院表示，将暂停引渡程序，直到对 Do Kwon的上诉作出裁决。
