10月18日消息，Galaxy 研究副总裁 Christine Kim 发文总结第 144 次以太坊核心开发者共识（ACDC）电话会议。本周开发人员讨论并协调对以太坊共识层（CL）的修改。开发人员同意在 Pectra 中加入 EIP 7742 变更，使信标链能够动态设置网络的目标和最大 Blob Gas 费限制；EF 开发人员运营工程师 Barnabas Busa 表示，其计划立即关闭 Pectra Devnet 3；目前 Geth 和 Ethereum JS 客户端已准备就绪，CL 端的 Lighthouse、Teku 和 Nimbus 客户端也同样准备就绪。
