Among them, < b > Beijing, Guangzhou and Shenzhen decreased by 4.6%, 10.3% and 8.6% respectively, and Shanghai rose by 4.9% . The sales price of new commercial housing in second- and third-tier cities decreased by 5.7% and 6.6% year-on-year respectively, and the decrease was 0.4 percentage points larger than that of the previous month. In September, the sales price of < b > second-hand residential in first-tier cities decreased by 10.7% year-on-year, and the decrease was 1.3 percentage points larger than that of the previous month. Among them, < b > Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen decreased by 10.3%, 7.6%, 12.8% and 12.0% respectively. The sales prices of second-hand housing in second- and third-tier cities fell by 8.9% and 9.0% year-on-year, respectively, an increase of 0.3 and 0.5 percentage points from the previous month.
