10月18日讯，9月份，一线城市新建商品住宅销售价格同比下降4.7%，降幅比上月扩大0.5个百分点。其中，北京、广州和深圳分别下降4.6%、10.3%和8.6%，上海上涨4.9%。二、三线城市新建商品住宅销售价格同比分别下降5.7%和6.6%，降幅均比上月扩大0.4个百分点。9月份，一线城市二手住宅销售价格同比下降10.7%，降幅比上月扩大1.3个百分点，其中北京、上海、广州和深圳分别下降10.3%、7.6%、12.8%和12.0%。二、三线城市二手住宅销售价格同比分别下降8.9%和9.0%，降幅比上月分别扩大0.3个和0.5个百分点。
