10月17日消息，韩国金融监督院院长李福铉17日在国会政治委员会审计中表示，“我们正在调查在Bithumb上交易的AVAIL币的问题”。Avail在7月23日以263韩元上线后，15分钟内飙升至3500韩元，但不到一天后又跌至296韩元，引发了价格操纵的怀疑。
对此，韩国民主党议员Min Byoung-dug表示，“这次AVAIL代币事件意味着Bithumb自己的异常交易系统根本没有发挥作用。Bithumb说只有占总发行量5%以上的交易才会被视为异常交易。”
