美国纽约南区检察官 Damian Williams 宣布，加密货币庞氏骗局 Forcount（后来称为 Weltsys）的发起人之一 JUAN TACURI 被美国地区法官 Analisa Torres 判处最高 240 个月监禁，该骗局遍布全球，成千上万的受害投资者（“受害者”）中招，在美国主要针对讲西班牙语的人群，JUAN TACURI 从参与诈骗中获利数百万美元，并将这些钱花在了佛罗里达的房地产和奢侈品等物品上。
