10月16日消息，Ripple Labs首席法务官Stuart Alderoty表示，随着美国SEC准备就联邦法官涉及XRP的决定提起上诉，该机构将迎来另一次失败。
他在一次采访中称：“这将对SEC产生反作用。我对我们在纽约南区的案子感觉良好，第二巡回法院的案子感觉更佳。”
Alderoty说，当美国SEC在2020年首次对Ripple及其两名高管提起诉讼时，该公司公开宣布，其法律斗争是“代表整个行业”。他补充称，此举表明SEC“将对整个行业采取行动”。
