香港特区行政长官李家超表示，政府会继续推动央行数字货币、移动支付、虚拟银行、虚拟保险，以及虚拟资产交易等创新金融服务应用人工智能的政策立场和方针。措施包括，
一、推动以央行数字货币跨境支付应用，香港金管局正积极在多种央行数字货币跨境网络上，测试和探索更多与跨境贸易结算相关的技术解决方案和场景，并扩大公私营机构的参与度，
二、完善虚拟资产及交易规管，财库局会就虚拟资产场外交易的规管完成第二轮咨询，并提交规管虚拟资产托管服务提供者的虚拟发牌制度，
三、推动现实世界资产代币化及数字货币生态系统，香港金管局正推动Ensemble项目的进行。(金十)
