On April 8th, Shimao Group announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that China Construction Bank (Asia) Limited submitted a liquidation petition to the Hong Kong High Court on April 5th, 2024, involving approximately HKD 1.5795 billion in financial obligations of the company. Our company believes that this application does not represent the common interests of our overseas creditors and other related parties.
