The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government announced on October 14 that the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region has appointed Dr. Huang Tianyou as the chairperson of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission under the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571) for a three-year term from October 20, 2024 to October 19, 2027.
