世茂集团：建设银行向法院提出清盘呈请

4月8日讯，世茂集团8日在港交所公告：中国建设银行（亚洲）股份有限公司于2024年4月5日向香港高等法院提出对本公司的清盘呈请，涉及本公司的财务义务金额约为15.795亿港元。本公司认为该呈请并不代表本公司境外债权人及其他相关方的共同利益。为保障其相关方利益，本公司将极力反对该呈请，并继续推进境外债务重组以最大化其相关方的价值。
