Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse recently tweeted that he opposes the SEC's ongoing legal action against XRP and appeals related to the Ripple case. Crypto derivatives platform Bitnomial recently filed a lawsuit against the SEC over XRP futures regulation. Brad Garlinghouse retweeted the tweet and said that for a rebellious institution that many thought was impossible to fall further, they have once again broken the floor. The SEC now believes it is above the law and ignores the court's ruling that XRP is not a security.
