On October 13, Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Mao Ning announced that at the invitation of Prime Minister Shabaz of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Premier Li Qiang of the State Council will attend the 23rd meeting of the Council of Heads of Government (Prime Ministers) of the SCO Member States in Islamabad, Pakistan from October 14 to 17 and pay an official visit to Pakistan.
