According to a proposal published by the Arbitrum Community Forum, community members propose to transfer 220 million ARBs from the Game Catalyst Program (GCP) multi-signature wallet to the vault of the Arbitrum DAO, leaving only 3.65 million ARBs for GCP to continue operating until further funding from governance is required.
