10月12日讯，财政部部长蓝佛安10月12日表示，抓紧出台深化财税体制改革实施方案，将坚持问题导向、目标导向，注重加快推进改革和推动财政科学管理和有机结合，积极回应社会和基层关切。初步形成深化财税体制改革实施方案，作为今后改革总路线图。抓紧推动改革举措落地实施，拟在今明两年集中推出一批条件成熟、可感可及的改革举措，特别是一些事关顶层设计的基础性制度，如健全预算制度、完善财政转移支付体系等。
