Earlier in the day, Bloomberg reported, citing a person familiar with the matter, that Arkham was about to launch a crypto derivatives exchange and was currently applying for a license in the Dominican Republic. Arkham CEO Miguel Morel said he had "no comment" on the derivatives exchange plan.
