“轻资产、高研发投入”企业标准量化，业内：有望提高科创板吸引力

10月11日讯，今日晚间，上交所发布《上海证券交易所发行上市审核规则适用指引第6号——轻资产、高研发投入认定标准（试行）》。这是落实“科创板八条”的一大举措。记者获悉，上交所也将在日常监管中，强化对募集资金的使用及变更情况的信息披露监管。有业内人士称，此次《指引》的发布，对“轻资产、高研发投入”特点企业的认定标准进行了细化，指标更加明确和可量化，企业可直接评估论证自身是否满足相关标准，进一步提高再融资的透明度和可预期性。对科创板而言，这一举措也在一定程度上有利于提高科创板的吸引力。
